Why separate the actives into MORNING and EVENING
Nutritional chronobiology is an emerging discipline studying how the timing of nutrient intake influences their efficacy. Circadian cycles govern not only sleep, but also insulin sensitivity (maximum in the morning), basal thermogenesis (higher in late morning), and nocturnal lipolysis (increased during overnight fasting). LIPOSLIM™ exploits these rhythms: stimulating and thermogenic actives (Grains of Paradise, green caffeine, HCA, piperine) are in the MORNING formula to act during the window of maximum metabolic activity. Background metabolic actives (Chromium, Berberine, L-carnitine, Evening glucomannan complement) are in the EVENING formula to act during nocturnal blood glucose regulation and fasting lipid metabolism.
The optimal intake protocol
MORNING formula (4 capsules): to be taken 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast, with a large glass of water (minimum 400 ml for glucomannan activation). An empty stomach optimises the bioavailability of thermogenics and glucomannan's gelling effect. EVENING formula (4 capsules): to be taken 30 minutes before dinner, with 400 ml of water. The glucomannan present in the evening formula reduces the glycaemic index of the meal and prolongs satiety in the evening — the highest-risk period for snacking.
The 3 mistakes to avoid
Mistake 1 — Taking all capsules at once: this cancels the bio-rhythmed architecture and overloads intestinal absorption capacity. Mistake 2 — Taking the MORNING formula without sufficient water: glucomannan needs at least 300 ml to gel correctly; under-watered, it can create digestive discomfort. Mistake 3 — Taking the EVENING formula after dinner: the evening actives are designed to act BEFORE the meal, not after. Post-meal chromium does not stabilise the blood glucose of that meal — the action window has passed. These mistakes are avoidable and explain a large part of the negative feedback on food supplements in general.
